Chicken Dinner




Simple chicken cordon bleu-ish recipe -- butterflied a chicken breast, dipped it in egg seasoned with Goya's Adobo with pepper, then dredged it in panko -- grilled it on a panini press, put a slice of smoked ham over top, put a slice of cheese on it, melted it. Steamed peas on the side, and a glass of Close du Bois.
