Kat in Boots

Ok, I know that some of my friends just WILL not understand my passion for these boots.

I have LUSTED after a pair of Catskill Mountain Moccasins for probably twenty years now. I first saw them up at the NY Renaissance Festival, and over the years a couple of my friends (working at the fair) have bought them. They are Comfortable. They are hand made, custom fitted to each owner's feet, much to the amusement of my better half who took pictures and chortled as the patterns were made for me.

I designed these boots myself, choosing the leather colors, the height, the button type, and design. Then I placed it in the hands of the very talented people at Catskill Mountain Moccasins and waited five months.

;) They delivered a month ahead of their estimate, and I am in love. I can't wait till my students see me in these!
